**Property Coordinator - Full Time or Part Time**

**The Role**:
Due to increased activity in our Property Management department, we are looking for a Property Manager to join an already busy team at our Cockermouth Office.

**Hours**:
25 - 37.50 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities**:
Day to day responsibilities include:

- Arranging routine repairs reported by tenants and our Property Inspector
- Liaising with landlords regarding routine Inspection Reports
- Organising any improvements to the landlord’s asset
- Management of incoming an outgoing tenancies
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Dealing with tenant arrears, notices, rent increases and utility transfers

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:

- Self-motivation and coachable
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work as part of a team and on your own
- A full, clean, UK driving license
- Practical knowledge and a property background would be of benefit
- Good local knowledge

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
