**Job Title**: Accounts Coordinator

**Location**: Enhanced Care Services HQ, Chandler’s Ford

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (Flexible timings)

**Remuneration**: £24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience

**Responsible Directorate**: Administration Manager

**About Us**

Founded in 2015, Enhanced Care Services has developed into a well regarded, clinically led organisation with high standards and a focus on patient care. Having initially delivered enhanced and critical care to a range of events,
ECS now oversees the medical cover to over a wide variety of events each year, whilst also operating a range of ambulance and clinical services and provides medical education at all levels.

**Role Summary**
The Accounts Coordinator role will will be responsible for three main areas:
- **Accounts **Receivable and Payable. VAT de-minimus Test (training will be given) and Preparation of Management Accounts. Understand our income streams across the organisation and ensure appropriate invoicing is completed. Process invoices in a timely manner and ensure bank reconciliation is completed on our electronic management system; Xero Accounting

**Payroll **Assist with Day to day management of Payroll and Pension schemes administration (training will be given). Receiving and collating monthly payroll information, including having a close working relationship with our scheduling team.

**Independent Contractors invoicing**. Undertake payment runs on time to ensure our independent contractors are remunerated in a timely fashion and with attention to details

Alongside the Accounts Coordinator role, you may also be asked to help with general business administration.

**Person Specification**
- **Qualifications and Training-**_

Accounting Experience, T Level, Certificate in Bookkeeping or Certificate in Payroll or equivalent required.

Good knowledge and/or experience of Xero Accounting

Experience of preparing PAYE payroll information (training can be given)

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good IT skills to enable accurate record keeping

Knowledge or experience of working in a healthcare environment

Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative, be forward thinking and able to work
independently

Potential and willingness for personal change with the ability and commitment to

Flexible with regards to hours of work and willing to assist in all areas of a growing
business

Enhanced DBS Clearance in last 5 years (or commit to an Enhanced DBS check

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
