**About The Role**:
**Salary**: £28,000 per annum

**Location**: Loughton, with travel required across West Essex

**Hours**: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.

**Contract**:Permanent

As an Inclusive Employment Consultant, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are supported into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer’s choice and their specific employment targets.

**About You**:
This is a great time to join ECL as we expand our Inclusive Employment offering. Bring strong communications skills coupled with a passion to ensure our customers meet their goals and that employers see the benefit in working with ECL.

**To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Consultant, you need**:

- A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
- Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism into employment
- To be confident in networking; building and maintaining relationships and working in a team
- The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
- Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
- The ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve with mínimal support
- A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
