With **four thriving branches**, we’ve built a business based on trust, reliability, and strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.

We’re now looking for a **Plumbing & Heating Counter Sales Assistant** to join our team and become part of the family.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers at the trade counter with plumbing and heating product enquiries
- Sell basic plumbing and heating items confidently; training provided for more advanced products
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Assist with stock management, including stocktakes and inventory tracking
- Load and unload vans as needed
- Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the **plumbing and heating** trade or merchant environment
- **Full UK driving licence**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile
- Good computer skills; experience with **Sage, Intact, or Excel** is a bonus
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
- Comfortable with occasional physical tasks (loading/unloading stock)
- Team-oriented mindset
