This is a busy all round HR Administrator role based in Egham, Surrey with the ability to have hybrid working with 2 days per week from home. This role supports the various functions and projects within the HR / People Team including letters to employees, data input and reporting, social media posts and ad hoc projects such as review of business documents and marketing information to the business for social, well being and charity events. This role sits very much in the heart of the People Team and requires someone who enjoys a varied role, working on projects and is an experienced administrator with 12 months minimum administration experience.

The 4th Dimension Innovation Group is a fast-growing owner managed business with 5 business within the group specializing in the motorcycle market we currently employ over 300 people.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Support with the administration of paperwork for joiners, leavers and movers
- Support with the administration, input and reporting within the Learning Management System.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding starters, leavers and mover processes
- Social Media posting including helping the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment posts
- Update audit information on all employees
- Fire Warden and First Aider information and training administration
- Use Survey Monkey to create, analyze and report on data for the business such as Social Team events, Engagement Surveys and Training questionnaires
- Monthly newsletter creations using Canva
- Be an active member of the Social and Corporate Social Responsibility Team, helping to organize events and monthly wellbeing events.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
