- Experience in a similar role within FMCG
- Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
- A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
- Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
- Understanding the importance of team-work and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line. Working with cutting-edge bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.

**Key Accountabilities and Measures**
- Our Tuscany Park “super bakery” and distribution depot opened in 2005 and can be found on the outskirts of Normanton at Wakefield Europort. The bakery runs 3 high speed, highly automated manufacturing plants producing products like the famous Toastie, Farmhouse, Danish and Wholemeal and sliced bread rolls.
- We have around 500 colleagues at Tuscany Park and 70 colleagues in our Howden depot, who ensure our delicious freshly baked products reach our customers across the UK each day. With some exciting innovation and investment, we’re still growing
