Contract: Permanent

Location: Jersey

**Salary**: Up to £40,000

My client, an offshore law firm, is looking to hire a Risk & Compliance Assistant to join them in their Jersey based office on a permanent basis.

Working as part of the Risk & Compliance team, you’ll be working closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance and providing support to the; Compliance Officer, MLRO and MLCO when required. As the successful Risk & Compliance Assistant, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Developing and production of management information
- Assisting with ad hoc CDD queries
- Supporting the maintenance of the CDD Team New Business Control Sheet
- Supporting the delivery of AML/CFT induction training
- Assisting with the updating of existing systems

& many more.

To qualify for this position, you’ll have previous experience within a Risk & Compliance or Financial Crime based role, good knowledge of the AML/CFT legislation, good knowledge of law firm matters and have the ability to promote a positive compliance culture.
