Golf & Membership Supervisor

Perranporth Golf Club are looking to recruit an ambitious individual in the newly created role of Golf and Membership Supervisor. The role will suit a young and ambitious individual looking to forge a career in the golf industry. The Golf & Membership Supervisor will form a key part of the management team working directly under the supervision of the General Manager.

**Purpose of the Role**

To have specific responsibility for the operational organisation and delivery of all golf events (including member events). To have supervision of the membership process whilst supporting the administration team with the day to day business requirements.

**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Support the General Manager to oversee the day to day golfing operations.
- To act as the first port of all call for all golfing and membership enquiries to the Club.
- Work alongside the General Manager in advertising campaigns and recruitment activities to promote Perranporth to wider member and visitor groups.
- To lead on the preparation and delivery of all golf days including administration and on the day operations with support from the General or Deputy Manager.
- Dual responsibility for the creation and management of club fixtures diary with support of the General Manager.
- Deliver creative and exceptional member events, ensuring all planning and preparation is completed with detail and in a timely fashion.
- To drive the development of an inclusive member events program that improves member engagement and retention.
- Dual responsibility for the management of Tour Operators bookings and relationships alongside the General Manager.
- Co-ordinate with all departments across the club to ensure all relevant teams are informed of upcoming events and fixtures.
- Complete management of the Tee Sheet and Competition booking software to include setting up the tee sheet system.
- Develop and lead the member/guest experience of Perranporth Golf Club both on and off of the course.

**Additional Requirements of the Role**

At times you may be required to support Perranporth Golf Club in a number of areas at the discretion of the General and Deputy Managers.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
