Multi Traders wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector

As the year is coming to a close and some sectors may be coming to a close for Christmas, we are very much up and running with a busy December ahead and some great opportunity's with some market leading clients.

Over at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Multi traders for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renown housing association.

There are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this week

As a Multi trader your day to day will look like:

- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Please note: A full UK Driving Licence is needed for this role.

About the Multi trader role:
**Salary**:Up to £43k per year paid weekly via CIS.

**Location**: Wembley
