Dental Receptionist

Dental Centre Receptionist
Caterham, England.
Full time 08.45-5.30
10-10.50 per hour
Monday - Friday (with 1 x Saturday shift per month 08.45-2)
Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Reception duties
- Cleaning and preparing dental rooms
- Sterilising equipment and rotating stock.
You should be:

- An experienced receptionist (if you do not have previous reception experience you will not be considered for this vacancy) - Call handling and patient customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet competing deadlines.
- Previous Experience of working in a Dentist is desirable although not essential
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of company and patient information.
- Flexible approach and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Strong judgment, decision-making and problem -solving skills.
- Energetic and self-disciplined with a passion for excellent customer service.
- A confident team player that demonstrates strict adherence to processes and protocols.
- Positive attitude with a drive to meet targets.
