Biotech Customer Quality Assurance Specialist

- We have a rare, exciting opportunity for a customer quality assurance specialist to join our team on a One-year fixed term contract.
- We are looking for someone who will ensure customer satisfaction, through timely and right first-time response to the investigation's findings and actions.
- What you will do:
- Coordinate cross-functional activities related to Biotech customer complaints with primary focus on European customers but also act as a back-up for the other regions.-
- Track progress and status, expedite closure of complaint investigations for urgent or critical complaints-
- Accountable for customer satisfaction through timely and right first-time response of investigation findings and proposed actions.-
- Manage and document all information related to the customer complaints in the Customer Complaint Database-
- Escalate critical complaints and complaint trends to the Biotech Customer Quality Manager-
- Coordinate the receipt and evaluation of complaint samples with the relevant facilities/departments-
- Prepare the customer responses with appropriate root cause analysis and clear action plan based on investigation results-
- Monitor complaint aging and drive the process to completion including escalation when necessary-
- Provide customer-specific complaint details and trending information as part of periodic customer quality review meetings.-
- Meet objectives, goals and timeline requirements as communicated by the Biotech Business Unit and Corporate requirement- Who You Are- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a scientific field, preferable in Lifesciences (bio, biomedical, chemical, pharma,)-
- Experience in managing customer complaints and experience’s-
- Preferred background or certification in Quality Assurance-
- Experience with SAP, Pilgrim, trending and analysis reporting.-
- Strong verbal and communications skills-
- Excellent planning, organizational and presentation skills-
