We are looking for reliable and security-conscious individuals to join our team as Door Supervisors. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at work premises. The following are the responsibilities of door supervisors:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression.
- Conduct thorough and efficient security checks of individuals entering the premises, following established protocols and procedures.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking necessary action to resolve the situation while adhering to legal and company guidelines.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the premises, regularly patrolling designated areas to deter potential security threats.
- Managing crowds to avoid crushing and queue jumping
- Collecting tickets from people coming in
- Patrolling inside and outside the venue, watching people's behavior, and dealing with conflict.
- Restraining and escorting people out of the venue, if necessary
- Dealing with emergencies
- Supervising people as they leave the building.
- Co-operating with the police, first aiders, and management.
- Incident Reporting.
- Feedback on shift is mandatory.

**Experience**:
He / 0r she must have a minimum of 1 year of experience.

**Certificate**:
Following are the licenses a door supervisor must have:

- He must have an SIA License.
- First Aid Licensed.
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
