Wincanton are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Cullompton, Devon, working in a team supporting with the day to day warehouse activity.
- **£13.00 per hour**:

- **£27,040.00 per annum**:

- **Nights Monday - Friday**:

- **22:00 - 06:00**:

- **40 hours per week with paid breaks**:

- **Overtime paid at time & half basic rate**:

- **28 days annual leave incl. Bank Holidays**

**How will you contribute?**
- Warehouse duties including picking stock accurately and efficiently using handheld device to scan
- Items to be loaded onto pallets
- Checking of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch
- Ensuring quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care, so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
- Ensuring areas are kept clean and tidy
- Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work
- A range of duties to support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site

**What will you bring?**
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous
- FLT Counterbalance and reach experience is advantageous
- Attention to detail to accurately enable the correct picking of stock
- Have appropriate hand, eye and foot coordination to effectively use mechanical handling equipment safely
- You will be reliable, self-motivated, a strong team player and will have a flexible approach to work
