**The Role**:
We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced Front of House Staff to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in ensuring our guests receive an impeccable dining experience from the moment they enter until their last sip of wine.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Welcome guests warmly and ensure they are seated promptly.

2. Be knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations when asked.

3. Take orders accurately and liaise with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and perfect dish delivery.

4. Handle queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and constructive manner.

5. Ensure the dining area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

6. Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to provide a flawless service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of wines and pairing would be advantageous.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
