Housekeeper/cleaner

We require a conscientious house keeper / cleaner to work in our large private home. Normal cleaning duties would form the bulk of the employment - including bed making, hoovering, dusting etc. Tidying and keeping families possessions in good order. Occasionally overseeing deliveries, unpacking shopping, booking chimney sweep etc. Some help when we have friends to stay with preparing / clearing away breakfasts etc. Laundry - washing and ironing clothes and bedlinen - this is open to discussion as we have previously split the role. The successful applicant needs to be a conscientious and thorough cleaner, reliable, self motivated, and able to fit in with our happy household, and manage time appropriately. Character / employment references essential.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
