Trinity Business Support are currently looking for a Vehicle Progressor for our Stockton based client.

Due to unprecedented demand, we are looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join our high-performing sales department at our Stockton depot.

Main Duties:
1. To ensure that the company vehicle is maintained in line with both company and legal requirements, ensuring that any mechanical problems or accident damage is reported immediately.
2. To meet and greet and handle the customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner - maintaining a good customer relationship at all times.
3. To collect and deliver vehicles from various locations.
4. To check vehicles in and out of depot following company procedure/check list.
5. To get vehicles ready for final handover to customers following sales department procedure/check list.
6. Valet vehicles to the highest possible standards, include washing pitches.
7. Use cleaning agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles.
8. Carry out internal and external inspections of vehicles to identify deterioration and damage.
9. Ensure health and safety procedures and all company polices are adhered to.
10. Deliver and collect company vehicles to and from customers sites
11. Conduct full damage checks on vehicles.
12. To carry out any other duties as may be required by the Company/MB in order to assist the company achieve its objectives.

Person Specification:

- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
- Experience of cleaning vehicles to a high standard.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Organised, calm and with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a small team and on own initiative.
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good time management.
- A positive work ethic and ability to be responsive to a flexible workload.

Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00

Saturday (On a rota) 08.00-12.00

£23.000 per year.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
