A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven, experienced and energetic supervisor. Your role will be to train and supervise a small team, adopting a ‘hands-on’ approach, whilst forging a good and supportive working relationship with the Operations Executive.

We are looking for a passionate store supervisor who is ready to jump on board with us. You will have the drive to help this online business grow. You will be able to work under pressure whilst ensuring we are delivering the highest standard of product.

We are looking for dynamic leaders that will motivate and inspire our teams in the kitchen to fulfil and represent the company's goals and vision. You believe in quality product through flawless execution. You excel in high growth environments, thrive under pressure, are highly organised, and are a pro at multi-tasking.

You will collaborate very closely with every single member of the founding team and will be given the freedom and tools to achieve your goals however you see fit. You will be used to operating in a busy environment with high quality products and adhering to the highest health and safety standards.

You will be someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys motivating and inspiring a team. Flexibility, resilience and adaptability will be key to your success and as you will be involved in achieving financial targets, adhering to budgets, managing stock, and having good numeracy skills. You will have excellent organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure and time constraints.

**Duties include**:
Ensure all proper measures are in place to achieve the correct handling of product to retain its freshness and quality

Help support a team of Baristas / Bubbleologists aspiring to be future Managers

To ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly

Deal with any HR queries for staff

Implement and maintain systems to avoid wastage of product. Following and adjusting stock levels where needed in line with business peaks and lows

To adhere to all aspects of health and safety and food safety in accordance with the law and Lala Drinks standards.

To ensure sufficient stock of all ingredients, packaging and utensils.

Diagnose areas of improvement and come up with creative solutions to drive better performance.
