**Position Overview**: As a Regional Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the performance of the regional team. You will provide support to the Regional Manager (RM) and Senior Business Manager (SBM), while also acting as a stepping stone into higher-level management roles. If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding position that allows you to utilize your leadership skills, this role is perfect for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the regional team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Collaborate closely with the RM and SBM to ensure efficient operations and achievement of regional targets.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and exceed goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
- Oversee the coordination of regional activities, including scheduling, documentation, and data management.
- Maintain effective communication channels between the regional team and headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the region.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a company laptop (phone will not be provided).
- Previous experience in management or leadership roles is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Confidence, an outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Valid driver's license and car.
