We have an exciting opportunity for a strong **Customer Service Advisor** who is looking for a position where they can learn and develop a variety of skills

- We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Plymouth, the applicant will be customer focused and experienced in making outbound calls and dealing with customer queries regarding orders and products.
- This role will keep you busy, interacting with varying stakeholders every day, working as an integral part of a team who are adding value to our successful business.
- Reporting into the Telesales Manager, your main responsibility will be to focus on up-selling our products and maintaining, developing and growing the existing customer base.

**There is NO cold calling involved You will be speaking to an existing client base, providing an excellent service, support and maximising any opportunities to up-sell whilst managing their expectations.**

Friars Pride are an independent family owned company, established over 40 years ago in Peterborough primarily as a fish and chip supplier. The company has a heritage stretching back to 1898 and the manufacturing and refining of fats and oils. Today, the company spans three generations and primarily supplies Fats & Oils, Frozen Foods, Ambient Foods and Fish into the Fish & Chip, Catering and Bakery sectors. They have grown to become a premier supplier with a fleet of vehicles delivering to the Midlands, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, the East, the South, the South East and the South West of England.
- An excellent attitude and approach to learning and developing
- Strong work ethics
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience of processing orders is beneficial
- Previous experience of selling and up-selling is advantageous or the willingness to learn
- Ability to influence and support customers
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of seniority
- Able to work to targets
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- This role is part of a small team, so you will also need high levels of personal motivation and resilience partnered with a personable and approachable personality that supports the site deliver on its objectives.
