Do you have supervisory or management experience and looking for your next role? Our client, based in South Normanton are looking to hire a Warehouse Team Leader. You will be working within a busy & well organised dispatch warehouse, reporting directly toSenior Management, you will be responsible for the spare parts, returns and stock management.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Current or recent supervisor/management experience
- Current or recent experience of adhering to Health & Safety requirements in an operational environment
- Ability to achieve and meet targets
- IT Literate with the ability to use IT Systems & iCloud based platform

**Within this position, you’ll also be**:

- Solving problems & finding ways to improve processes
- Managing the performance of their areas to achieve targets
- Communicating effectively to the team, other departments, senior management & internal customers
- Maintaining & improving quality & management systems
- Leading by example & motivating through a positive attitude
- Encouraging teamwork & proactively building teams
- Ensuring the effective operation of the materials management system
- Ensuring Health & Safety regulations & practices are adhered to
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping using the principles & practices of 5S
- Training & coaching team members to improve their skills & performance

**Salary & Working Hours**

Salary is £27,200 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday rota between 7am and 6pm
