Cordius is hiring for a leading IT Service provider based in Birmingham that provides services to a wide range of clients across the country. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to come and join their rapidly growing team.

**The position can offer fully remote, working at their Birmingham office, or Hybrid.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Originate, implement, and improve automated marketing triggered by web behaviour and customer profiles/assets across static and dynamic websites
- Daily operational management and creation of audiences within Microsoft Dynamics; segmenting, retargeting, managing workflows, and working with CRM admin to ensure database is accurate
- Ownership of uploading content via a CMS system, optimising, and adjusting web content on the fly to align with SEO best practices and our SEO Keyword strategy
- Working with Digital Marketing agency to enhance SERPs and PPC performance (Google and Bing), delivering key adjusts to optimise these channels
- Write in html and CSS as needed to maintain and adjust commercial pages, the blog and landing pages, implementing pop-ups

**Requirements**:

- Degree or similar in Marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience of working in B2B Marketing Communications
- Strong hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics; managing data/campaigns, workflows, creating dashboards, ROI reports
- Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS for web page
