**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Core accountabilities**:

- **Design**:_
- Assess and discuss client requirements at a technical level.
- Produce and distribute design proposals
- Follow project through from initial proposal to creation of materials.
- Ensure designs and associated documentation are logged and traceable for future reference.
- **Technical**:_
- Understand relevant Building Regulations, Technical Standards and guidance.
- Good understanding of mechanical product range and ducting accessories.
- **Sales Support**:_
- To provide technical support and design guidance to the sales team.
- To help address design issues should they arise.
- **Software**:_
- Knowledge of REVIT MEP.
- Confident with AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel.
- **Describe the most complex/challenging aspects of the role**:_

To manage multiple projects simultaneously for a range of demanding clients, maintaining a good working relationship with other technical teams.

**Knowledge, skills and experience required (Essentials and Desirables)**:

- Experience in building services (E)
- 3D CAD (E)
- Ability to work under pressure (E)
- Strong attention to detail and proven skills around accuracy (E)
- Strong organisation skills such as record keeping (D)
- Knowledge of heat recovery and fan powered ventilation equipment (D)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
