Loved by professionals, and regularly featured across the press, our brand is favoured by celebrities and the national media. **Key Role Responsibilities** As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be contacting a high number of sales enquiries and potential prospects, with the aim of making successful contact, qualifying the lead and introducing the client to their business development manager to progress and close the sale. This role requires proactive communication with incoming leads and databases via multiple communication channels, as well as accurate record-keeping using our CRM system. Your success in this role will be measured by the conversion rate of leads and data to "qualified leads."
