**Airline & Airport Audit Staff**

**About Us**

Established in 1989 and headquartered in London, **Skytrax** is a globally recognised air transport rating organisation. We specialise in advising international airlines and airports on frontline product quality and customer service delivery.

**The Role**

Frequent **international travel** is a key component of the role, with audit assignments typically lasting **5-7 days at a time**.

**What We Are Looking For**

Whilst prior experience in the **aviation sector** is preferred, it is not essential. However, familiarity with **market research and/or product evaluation** is desirable.
- **Exceptional attention to detail** and strong observational skills.
- **Excellent time management** and diary organisation.
- **Proficiency in MS Office.**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.**:

- **Experience of international air travel** (if claimed, this must be documented upon request).
- **A self-motivated approach**, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

**Location Requirement**

**Contract & Salary**
- Upon successful completion of the trial, the **starting salary is £35,000 per annum**, with potential for progression based on performance.
