Administrative Assistant

Within the role, you will deal with varied aspects of customer service and admin support reporting directly to the Office Manager. This will include dealing with large national companies as well as small independent retailers. This work will include the following but not exclusive to
- Processing orders
- Updating on-line customer portals
- Developing a comprehensive product knowledge
- Liaising with sales agents
- Assist the Office Manager with issue resolution
Role requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- Computer literate including use of Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment and meet deadlines
- Confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Clean driving licence
Job: Full-time, Permanent
