**We are looking for a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team at Ayres Veterinary Hospital, North Shields.**

As a Receptionist you will assist in the day to day running of the veterinary practice and have a passion for delivering exceptional Client / Customer Service. In this role you will be welcoming arrivals, handling queries, booking appointments, dealing with cancellations as well as other general receptionist duties.

You will work 30 hours per week, weekday shifts are between 07.30 - 21.00, with a share in the weekend rota, must be able to drive to cover shifts at all branches and a requirement for flexibility and the ability to learn whilst working.

We are looking for someone with the confidence, empathy and experience to provide the high standards of care and the personal touch we expect for our clients.

**You will need to have**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
