An exciting opportunity for a support worker to work in a residential care setting in Swindon. We are seeking to employ an experienced support workers to join a professional and friendly team working within a homely environment.

The home focuses on Service User development and we are looking for a person with a flexible and positive approach to supporting adults to develop their life skills and independence. The post is full time and may include sleep in duties.

For this role you will need:

- Experience of working in a social care setting.
- Experience of working with people who have complex needs including mental ill health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
- NVQ / diploma level 2 or 3 (for senior) in health and social care. A positive attitude and a caring nature is important. Rate of pay depending on experience,
