**Job Summary**
We are seeking a freelance digital marketeer to develop a new business model.

A highly skilled and motivated AI integrator to lead marketing the organisation towards achieving its strategic goals.

**Opportunity**

This is a ground level start up business, in an established marketplace, with a disruptive business model focused on economising & driving new levels of service. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to become a director and shareholder of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organisational objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing business model, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor progress towards key goals.
- Engage with directors to build strong relationships and enhance the organisation's reputation.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation for the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**
- Degree level IT/marketing background.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and persistence
- Ability to perform in a senior role, possible experience in a similar position.
- Ability to manage a team and driving operational success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
- Excellent numeracy with ability in budget management and resource allocation is advantageous.
- A commitment to understanding legal considerations of professional training & services for patients.

**Location**

This position does not have a fixed working location. Additional to the given address of:
32 Commercial St. Morley, West Yorkshire, LS27 8HL, also

22 Hilbre Court, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 3JU, is optional,

as is a proportion of home working.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £100.00-£100,000.00 per year
