Team Leader

Job Introduction
**We are recruiting for a Guest Services Team Leader.** This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly efficient, professional and friendly reception team providing excellent customer service. The client is the UK's leading independent real estate consultancy.

This is the ideal role for a dynamic individual who can manage and inspire. The successful individual will excel in creating an innovative environment which enhances the client experience. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities
Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities of the Team Leader roles are:

- To provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest of standards
- To be the main point of contact for the client.
- Preparing the team rota and supporting with recruitment and HR related duties such as conducting one to one meetings, performance reviews and training new starters
- Stand to greet all guests / visitors, ensure eye contact is made within 10 ft of the reception desk
- Greet internal and external clients with a smile.

The successful Team Leader will have a passionate about delivering great service
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and taking initiative are key and must have attention to detail
- Experience in 5-star customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Proficiency in business administration
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong time management skills
- A passion for helping and assisting others
- A high level of attention to detail
