Kelly Group have an exciting opportunity for the very best talent and we are looking to recruit an Administrator as part of our resource team. This team is responsible for managing the day to day resource and administration support to our Field Operations on the Openreach contract.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To control the Hotel and Travel bookings across the Openreach Contact.
- To assist with the allocation and distribution of mobile phones to the field.
- Develop effective relationships with both engineers and field management alike.
- Completing the daily updates of HR.net to include attendance, mobile phone allocation and vehicle assignment.
- Daily reporting of KPI’s to the management team. To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance. Also to provide relevant reports as requested.

- Ability to produce and interpret large volumes of statistical data using Microsoft operating systems including Excel and Kelly Group’s own software developed systems.
- Previous experience within the telecoms division is desirable.
