**Rates of Pay**:

- **Start of year 2 - PCV Holder starting rate** £16.41 per hour with overtime paid at £18.28.
- **Less than 12 months' experience**: £15.54 per hour with overtime Paid at £17.16.

**Hours of Work and Role**:

- 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, scheduled up to 6-8 weeks in advance for better planning.
- Morning shifts starting from 04:00, Afternoons from 12:00, and Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum age of 18 with at least 6 months of driving experience
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Mandatory drug and alcohol test during the driving assessment
- Weekend availability based on your rota, with advance notice.
