**Role Summary**

eClerx is seeking a skilled, team-oriented Trade & Transaction Specialist. You will work towards improving efficiency, controls, and overall reporting by analyzing business activities. This role involves exposing complex issues, identifying root causes, and proposing future solutions. You will be responsible for testing and verifying strategies, then reporting outcomes to teams and colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Performs business analysis activities and defines solutions in detail utilizing a mix of product, process knowledge and technical domain knowledge
- Partner with RTB, Tech and other stakeholders on solution implementation.
- Document business processes, business rules and reference data requirements
- Become a key contact for IT colleagues to assist on query resolution during system design and build
- Plan, test and control deployment and verification process. Prepare test strategies and approach
- Ensure timely escalation of any issues to Operations, Management and IT where appropriate.
**Eligibility Requirements**
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong Background in Capital Markets and preferably knowledge of Traded Products.
- Experience with Business Process Transformation initiatives and Software Delivery projects.
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple work streams and prioritize effectively.
- Looks for new opportunities for self-development and career progression.
- Dedication to learn from experience and mistakes; actively seek out feedback and adjust behavior accordingly.
- Consistently exceed expectations and respond actively and positively to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, including interfacing across all levels
