**Role and Responsibilities** With approximately 13,000 employees in more than 35 countries, CAE is a global leader in training for the civil aviation, defence and security, and healthcare markets. We are looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring Controller who will support our QA & CM program. es. The position is hybrid, with flexibility to work from home. **Purpose of the role** - Assist the Heads of Regional Safety, Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring (SQACM) - Civil Division in the implementation of a Global framework for a centralized Safety, Quality Assurance and Compliance system to enhance compliance and safety; give accurate, timely and pertinent data that will help guide and shape strategic decisions and the Corporate Enterprise Risk Management decision making process. - Utilize and continuously suggest improvements to, the Global Management System in order to minimize corporate risk, identify specific operational and training risks and ensure centralized data sharing channels are established to create usable real-time data in a standardized manner. - Responsible for the control of the centralised documentation and compliance control systems that form a part of the safety, quality assurance and compliance system. Responsible for the deployment of safety, quality assurance and compliance communications and training materials and will manage and maintain the selected LMS platforms and support associated SQACM projects. Key Job Responsibilities **Records and Documentation Control** - Ensuring that the quality & compliance audit checklists are managed and up to date. - Ensuring that the documentation structure is fit for purpose and the retention policy is followed by all stakeholders - Responsible for management of the CGTO Management suite of manuals and the supporting documentation. - Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the global records system for the Integrated Safety, Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring system. - Responsible for update and control of the central audit management and documentation control systems and user interface systems. **Project Support** - support ongoing SQACM projects from design, development and rollout specifically relating to management system tools and systems, e.g. Centrik. - Work with the QACM Officers, sales and customer support teams to coordinate the management of external and internal audits. **Quality Assurance, Compliance and SMS Oversight, Risk Identification & Mitigation, Regional coordination, Centre Coordination, Regulator coordination.** - Assist in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual Safety, Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring data and assist in monitoring SPI's and KPI's through ensuring system and data integrity is maintained. - Assist in the management of the global centralized QACM data analysis system. - Assist in the oversight and maintenance of the approved Global Annual Safety, Quality Assurance and Compliance audit program to ensure ongoing Compliance with Regulatory and Corporate Standards. - Coordinating with Operational stakeholders that the quarterly sample audit plan includes any elements that they need to support operational compliance **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
