CONSTRUCTION FREELANCE SITE MANAGER

This job for a freelance Site Manager takes management responsibility for two schemes of work, one in Camberley the other in Vauxhall. The projects are both fit out and refurbishment covering an office fit out and the other a basement refurbishment to a hospitalityarea.
The company are one of the UK's leading corporate and commercial workplace design and build companies providing full turnkey solutions across the UK
You will be an experienced Site Manager with a sound knowledge of fit out and refurbishment. Working across both projects you will balance the requirement to attend each site and organise your week and diary as required. You will need to be driven & capableof running and delivering site completion smoothly and on time, from initial site set up to handover, maintaining high levels of health & safety and delivering a very high quality of workmanship in line with the company standards and reputation.
Key skills and experience required:

- Maintaining high levels of health, safety and environmental standards
- Strong communication and liaison skills
- CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.
- Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, subcontractors and materials
- Building and maintaining good relationships across all subcontractors
- Maintain strict quality control procedures and conduct regular site safety checks
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for producing a high quality finish
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
