Vara Education is looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to bring energy and motivation into a school setting, fostering a love of learning in young minds every day.

Position Details:

- **Days**: Monday - Friday (5 days a week)
- **Hours**: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 32.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage, support, and inspire children to achieve their best every day.
- Lead interventions with small groups to boost learning and development.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering a high-quality learning experience.

- A great communicator and motivator who builds positive, encouraging relationships with children.
- A reliable team player who can adapt flexibly to changing needs.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- A commitment to inclusivity and providing every child with a supportive learning environment.
- A professional presence with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Ideally, experience working as a Teaching Assistant.

Desirable:

- At least one year of experience in a school setting.
- A DBS on the update service (we’re happy to assist with this if you don’t have it).
- Level 3 safeguarding certification.

Pay: £14,710.00-£19,333.60 per year
