We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Sportsbook Content team. As a Sportsbook Content Executive, reporting into the Sportsbook Content Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for working closely with our Sportsbook Ops, Customer Analysis, Customer Support, Marketing and Party Trading teams as well as other key departments throughout the business to execute the overall Sportsbook content strategy in accordance with pre-set policies and procedures and delivering a first-class betting experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure site content is optimized including regular checks to make sure display orders, coupons and banners are shown correctly on site for key events and markets for all sportsbook products.
- Execute all promotions and customer communications in a timely fashion, meeting customer demand.
- Work with the scheduling team to execute detailed content plans in line with our agreed Content strategy.
- Deliver all site content following the signed off schedule, managing content live and making real time decisions when required.
- Manage all content related escalations real time and take decisions to resolve as quickly and effectively as possible, minimizing customer impact and business risk.
- Own the banner management process, from building to execution.
- Build and maintain all coupons on site, regularly reviewing performance and benchmark against key local marketplace competitors.
- Carry out daily tasks within the sportsbook CMS, such as config and translations for betting content, including market names, grouping and layout templates.
- Regularly test all key customer journeys to ensure a first-class customer experience is always delivered (navigation, betting experience, Ts & Cs, promotions etc).
- Contribute towards the improvement of site procedures and the tools which support it.
- Support our Product team with internal testing for all content related product developments.
- Logging and tracking of any ongoing issues, owning them to resolution and reporting on SLA.
- Regular competitor analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of sports and betting products.
- Understanding of sports trading / liabilities (preferred).
- Strong methodical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within an operating Sportsbook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive in quickly identifying issues and potential solutions.
- Well organised with excellent self-discipline.
- Highly collaborative, works well as part of a team and understands the team and business priorities.
- Demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
