**About the people and their home**

The people at Roxby house are supported in having a wide variety of experiences and everyday life skills. From looking after their own home environment to challenging themselves with events out in the community, all the people we support enjoy a variety of activities from trips to the coast, cinema, bowling and even a good theme park.

Our Support team work alongside them, giving them choices and achievable goals, life skills and independence in the community, ensuring they live an enriched and fulfilling life.

**About you**
It would be advantageous to have some experience of healthcare work for this role, but it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
