Position Overview
As a member of the Corporate Total Rewards Team, the Manager, Global Talent Mobility contributes to the development, delivery, and management of our global talent mobility programs to develop, attract, and retain top employee talent, promote employee engagement, and foster employee wellbeing. As a member of the international benefits & mobility team, this individual contributor will work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders such as relocation and tax vendors, Total Rewards team members, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Solutions, Engagement, HR Business Partners, and other colleagues.
The place of work can be in either the US or the UK and can be fully remote.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead the design and Implementation of a new mobility program across the global organization. Carry out research, analyze benchmark data and conduct financial modelling to develop a fiscally responsible mobility program without compromising employee experience and value proposition.
- Responsible for mobility vendor management - assess vendor performance and ensure service levels are met. Ensure adequate governance is in place and adhered to.
- Be the first point of contact for employees and leaders for all talent mobility matters and consult and support employee transfers - internationally and domestically.
- Liaise and coordinate with mobility vendors, benefit brokers, providers, data privacy, and Legal Counsel on benefits & mobility processes and governance.
- Manage the leader and assignee experience by providing onboarding sessions and guiding employees through the relocation journey.
- Ensure policies are up to date with latest regulatory requirements and lead regular benchmarking reviews of relocation packages.
- Monitor mobility trends and make recommendations accordingly.
- Create, simplify, and standardize mobility processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place in line with local legislation and compliance requirements.
- Build relationships with internal and external mobility stakeholders and systems ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience. Contribute to the creation of trainings and support materials.
- Support the implementation of a HR case management system and create content talent mobility programs.
- Generate reports and summarize findings, as appropriate.
- Participate in and provide input for audits as needed.
- Support M&A integrations as needed.

**Skills**:
- Knowledge of global mobility, assignment types and domestic relocation.
- Experience in providing mobility consulting services to leaders and employees.
- Experience in vendor management and mobility design.
- Experience in process design, documentation, and simplification.
- Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Physical and Travel Requirements
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- Ability to work seated for approximately 90% of a typical working day. Ability to work standing for approximately 10% of a typical working day.
- Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.
- Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other relevant concentration.
- 5+ years of experience in global mobility.
- Good knowledge of HR Information Systems, ideally Workday.
- Fluent to read, write, and speak English.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Right to work in United Kingdom/ United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent to read, write, and speak in one or more languages other than English (e.g., French, German).
- Certification in Global Mobility, International Benefits or Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, CEBS).
- Working knowledge of Workday HCMS and Benefits Administration module or similar HCMS system.
