**Bodyshop Integration Director**

Talented and efficient Bodyshop Integration Director to join this leading group within state-of-the-art Bodyshop’s, covering the South of England.
**Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Integration Director**
- To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Repair Centres
- To contribute driving the company culture throughout your teams and the wider business
- Work as part of the management team to ensure we have a continuous innovative approach with process development and working in harmony with the central function
- Overseeing the performance of the sites ensuring efficient production and accurate forecasting
- Ensuring all expenditure within your remit is within the allocated budget
- Effectively manage Managers, assisting them with the day to day running of their sites ensuring the production targets are met and employees at those sites are managed in line with the company’s policies and procedures

Coach and develop Production Managers, taking responsibility for their training and progression, including ensuring all reviews are completed in a timely manner
- To have an innovative approach to assist with continuous business improvement, proposing new technology and driving process changes and development where required
- To report information as and when required to the Director

**Requirements for aBodyshop Integration Director**

You must have previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.

Be able to manage time and workload efficiently while having a friendly professional attitude and approach.
