**We are looking for a flexible and friendly HR Coordinator**

As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of all HR administration and logistics around our Head Office and restaurants in London.

**GENERAL PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be involved in a range of activities.

The HR department’s goal is to foster positive relationships, to increase job satisfaction and to make sure all colleagues and management needs on people matters are met.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Recruitment**
- Arrange interviews with hiring Managers
- Prepare employment contracts and request Tronc letter according to different contract types
- Ensure the recruitment process is complied with legal requirements

**Data Management**
- Create new profiles for new staff on Fourth system
- Upload employment-related information timely on the system
- Manage Referral Bonus data to ensure they will be paid to the staff on time
- Update Headcount and Starter & Leaver record accurately on files

**Administration**
- Assist the administration for the full employee life-cycle
- Response to requests from Managers on staff changes e.g. promotion, changes of contract hours. Update system and data files accordingly.
- Issue company letters for staff requests
- Organise meetings and take minutes
- Coordinate logistics for new hires and exit interviews for leavers
- Update employee resignation and sickness records on system
- Answer any employee inquiries

**Employee Development**
- Assist in L&D activities - ensuring team member participation and follow-up on feedback on training program
- Assist in annual appraisal process
- Support in staff activities such as employee celebrations, staff parties
- Participate in HR projects

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably have prior experience working within an HR department in hospitality sector
- Demonstrate strong communication, administrative and organisation skills
- Be a team player, resilient and empathetic, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a working knowledge of IT systems including MS Office packages

You will often handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires that you maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
