**Hours: 36.75 Week**
**Salary: £19,014.45 (£9.95 per hour)**
**Contract: Permanent**

with YOU are recruiting for Caretaker roles who will be able to deliver an enhanced caretaking/security in an accommodation service for people who are homeless.

The hours for this role are 9.45pm to 8.15am on a rota basis flexibility to meet the needs of the service, including weekends.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the accommodation service including, daily detailed handover reports, fire safety, health and safety, building maintenance, antisocial behaviour, CCTV, access and egress for people who are homeless and any visitors under our policies and procedures. There will be lone working within this role.
