Senior Customer Success Manager Duties:
*Hitting personal and team SLA targets
*Mentoring Junior team members
*Managing the team in the absence of the current Head of Customer Success
*Maintain or improve the already exceptional client retention rates
*Onboard new accounts
*Making sure the customers are using the product properly
Senior Customer Success Character Profile:
*B2B experience
*Experience in supporting and progressing teams
*SaaS or Tech experience is a must
*Proven track record of client retention
*Experience in international working would be an advantage
*Experience in Proptech and retail would be desirable
Senior Customer Success Manager
*Location: Suffolk (Internally: Bury St Eds)
*Hybrid working, office min. twice a week
*£60,000 basic, scope to progress within 6 months
