**SENIOR BARTENDER**

LUXURY RESTAURANT

**Location**: Bibis Restaurant - Leeds LS1 - West Yorkshire

**Job Title**: Senior Bartender

**Salary**:£28,000 - £29,500 pa (including tronc payments) based on 50 hours per week

**Hours**:50 hours per week (flexible including evenings & weekends)

Bibis Italianissimo is a highly successful, well renowned restaurant and cocktail bar with a reputation for exceptional food, service and live music events.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Bartender who is a talented bar professional and has genuine proven success in a high-profile restaurant or hotel as a Senior Bartender.

The Senior Bartender will have a passion to continually develop their beverage, wine and cocktail knowledge with great people skills and exceptional standards.

As a Bibis Senior Bartender you will report to the Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager and will work alongside our dedicated team of talented, passionate, charismatic bartenders. You will ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience by going above and beyond in surpassing their expectations.

About you:

- Genuine proven success in a high-profile restaurant or hotel as a Senior Bartender
- Be passionate about creating exceptional cocktails with the ability to advise and recommend to our customers
- Be immaculately presented, proactive and attentive with the ability to respond to the needs of our valuable customers and the restaurant management team
- Have flair, charisma and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service
- Team builder and leader by example who rises to challenges
- Capable of training new staff and keeping a high standard of team performance and presentation
- Knowledge of stock control
- An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills

**Minimum 3 years in a cocktail bar environment**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
