**TECHNICAL CRM MANAGER**

**STAFFORDSHIRE (50% remote)**

**£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits**

**THE COMPANY**

This role is with a leading hospitality company with venues across the country that provides a range of different products and offerings. They take Data and Analytics very seriously, and they have invested heavily into this space by building out their Analyticsfunction. Therefore, they are data-driven and looking for analytical professionals to join the team.

**THE ROLE**

As the Techincal CRM Manager, you'll be reporting to the Head of CRM and joining the wider CRM team, and on the day-to-day, you will be:

- taking ownership of CRM tech stack, ensuring the full capability is used to maximum potential
- Helping the team to understand the data they have and how to best utilise technology for best CRM practices
- Working on the development, deployment and management of campaigns, including their automation and technical optimisation
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to inform them on data and insights on external partners, internal services and performance within CRM
- Building and planning effective test and learn strategies to gain more insight into customer behaviour and campaign performance
- Assisting in the migration of the ESP and implementation of the new CDP

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Have excellent knowledge in various CRM systems, in order to help inform the CRM function what best CRM practice would be and how they could achieve that
- Have previous hands-on creative experience on the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns
- Have excellent communication skills for presenting to stakeholders and communicating data findings, including managing expectations and handling requirements
- Preferably have a degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university
- Experience in a commercial role with a focus on CRM, customer insight, customer loyalty, and feedback data
