**JOB TITLE**:CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

**RESPONSIBLE TO**:HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

**JOB PURPOSE**_**:_To provide an excellent customer experience through customer support and administrative tasks across the Company, providing an effective communication channel between potential and existing customers. To service our customers’ needs by achieving excellent customer service every time.

**SALARY BAND**:£13,000 p.a.

**HOURS OF WORK**:Monday-Friday 10.00am - 2.00pm (20 hours per week).

**HOLIDAY**: 22 days + Bank Holidays + additional days for length of service

**PLACE OF WORK**: Cartwright Street, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 5LY

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
- Experience in administration.
- Work with accuracy and detail
- Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Verbal.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Confident in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø Order processing and administrative tasks

Ø Provide administrative support to management team members.

Ø Liaise with production to ensure orders are being delivered to the customer’s specification and in a timely manner.

Ø To provide an excellent customer experience while adhering to internal customer service KPI’s.

Ø Handling all customer complaints in an efficient way and ensuring all complaints are logged in our CRM system and followed up until closed.

Ø Managing customer returns and ensuring Goods in are notified of returns and logged in our CRM system.

Ø Be responsible for tracking orders and updating the customer.

Ø Support in new customer onboarding tasks.

Ø To troubleshoot any issues and report to the IT team.

Ø Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Ø Maintain good housekeeping of the department including the equipment within it.

Ø Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance and behaviour are met at all times.

Ø Communicate effectively with all team members, colleagues, and management team.

In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the job holder is required to perform any other duty requested by Management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
