Our Client, a leading car dealer group are currently looking for a **Test Drive and Handover Specialist** to join their business based out of their **Lexus Croydon** dealership.

This is a new and exciting position that will provide a huge customer focus through the sales process. As a **Test Drive and Handover Specialist** to join our busy showroom team to help delight our customers so that they always receive the very best experience when they visit us to collect their new vehicle.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an exceptional ability to go above and beyond and provide the best service and convert this in to a sale.

**About the Role as a Test Drive and Handover Specialist**
- Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience but working together as a strong team
- Through planning and communication with the Car Sales Executive to ensure that our customers have the best test drive experience to guide them towards the best product/service supporting them in their decision making.
- Provide a tailored handover experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all specifications available within their vehicle
- Your communication is key and listening to customers helps you to build rapport and understands fully their complete requirements for all their mobility needs.
- Provides accurate information at all times for all customers including timely and accurate communications leading up to their vehicle delivery
- Ensures that you maintain a continual dialogue with the customer that’s appropriate to them and in the manner / mechanism that suits them, always ensuring a personal service.

**About You**
- Excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people, with a professional manner.
- Looking to delivery exceptional customer service in the modern way of a Test Drive and Handover Specialist
- Eager to get into the automotive sector
- Good work ethic to develop good product knowledge and to create, maintain and develop relationships.
- Hold a full valid UK driving license

**About the Company**
