- An established HNW mortgage broker firm, who currently has 7 whole of market mortgage brokers, each generating between 4 - 8 new mortgages per month, require an experienced mortgage administrator to join the team offering administrative support.

**Main Duties**:

- Working with this HNW reputable mortgage broker firm alongside an established team of whole of market mortgage brokers, an experienced mortgage administrator will offer full support to the team.
- The team are currently generating 4-8 new mortgages cased per month. As an experienced mortgage administrator working in the Islington area, you will be required to ensure that all new mortgage cases are compliant and are added to the inhouse CRM systemaccordingly.
- As well as ensuring that the new mortgage cases are compliant, as a mortgage administrator you will chase mortgage underwriters for updates on the various cases, liaising with the mortgage brokers with the underwriting queries.

**Key Skills**:

- Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage administrators or mortgage brokers who are looking to move to an administrative role.
- Knowledge of the various mortgage lenders portals would also be an advantage. IT literate with good keyboard skills, along with an excellent telephone manner is also essential.
- Excellent organisation skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to work to multiple deadlines is also essential.
