Senior Residential Support Worker needed in a Children's Home based in Worcester/Malvern

**Start Date**:

- ASAP

**Location** - Worcester/Malvern

**Duration** - Permanent

**Hours per week** - full time

**Salary** - £25,700 - £29,200 per annum dependent on experience + £1,000 after passing your probation

**Description**:

- To undertake a lead role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement
- To give guidance and support to all Residential Workers
- To be responsible for the supervision of designated members of staff and to record this in the Supervision Sheet on the member of staff's file
- To raise any concerns with the Registered Manager as appropriate
- To ensure the Placement Plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times
- To ensure education is promoted and supported and that each child's attendance in education is maintained

**What is required?**
- NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare
- At least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people
