**Full Job Description**

We’re in need of a talented individual to join us as a front of house **TEAM LEADER** on a **FULL TIME** basis.
As part of our award-winning Greene King Urban Pub Team, your role will be supporting in leading a warm welcoming pub that is always lively, fun, and a team with a genuine desire to please the customer. Working with passionate and energetic people, you will have a genuine interest in the local community.

**About The Role**

Working front of house, you will be passionate about community, welcoming to our guests and you can even get involved in innovating ways to become the pub of choice for every occasion.

**About You**
Ideally we would like you to have some experience in working behind the bar. Team leader experience would be a bonus.

Location: Winchester, Hampshire

**Salary**: £10.85 - 11.85 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime

Part-time hours: 30 - 35 per week
