Retail Supervisor - The Bottle Shop

Hours per week: 37 (Tuesday to Saturday)

**Salary**: up to £10.90 per hour plus benefits

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor who has previous retail experience and is passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service.

Here at The Bottle Shop, we want to ensure our customers have an excellent experience that makes them want to return time and time again.

About us

The Bottle Shop is an independent and local shop specialising in craft beers, wines, spirits and artisan snacks. We are new to the Helensburgh area and aim to provide a friendly and helpful service to our customers far and wide.

We are passionate about specialist drinks and want our customers to leave our store happy and with the perfect bottle

As a Supervisor, you will be working within a small team in a busy shop. You will have key holder responsibility alongside the store manager.

Main duties and key responsibilities:

- Working closely with the Store manager to achieve the highest sales and profitability possible in the shop.
- Building a relationship with local clientele and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Enthusiasm for the products within the shop and share your interest with customers.
- Maintaining cleanliness within the store.
- Stock taking and updating website.
- Till operation and key holder.

- Be creative - you will have a lot of autonomy to merchandise the store and demonstrate products to customers.
